Russian UAV/CV

i have a CV deployed and bring up sitrep. but when i click on a uplink/area the uav does not launch AT ALL!
is there like a minimum rank for the uav?
this happend in both single player and online.
also the russian cv will keep firing its gun animation even after breaking contact with a hostile, is this just a graphics glitch?

I think your UAV has to at Hardend Rank ( 3 ) and you have to buy the Vulture Upgrade for the Russians

I to have the Grafics Glitch where the AA gun on top never stops firing once it starts...
