How do I find the key to unlock the promotional content?

I bought the gamestop version of the game but I see no key/password listed for it anywhere.

I tried my CD key but it told me it was invalid. I called gamestop and they gave me a password, but the game told me THAT was invalid too. I made sure I paid attention to case sensitivity.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
