I got from the Keep to Tahgira's pedestal in the Ice Age. How do I get to the Linking book that takes me to D'Ni Rest Area A?

There's a symbol on the pedestal that will link you back to Direbo. It is between the resting place for the slate and the symbols that take you to various places in Tahgira.
