Hi all!
i bought SH5 and install it, but crashes because mi pc, so i desinstalled it.
Now i'm trying to play it, and after installation it says that my game code is not valid because its already used
How can i do to play it? it's an original game and i can play it
please help me.

Which UBISoft Account did you use to Log-in again ?

Did you use some other Account/Username by mistake, because the CD-KEY is linked and tied to only 1 UBISoft Account, i.e. your first registered account.

Try to use your previous UBI account, when you first Installed SH5 on your Computer. If you use some other New Account/Username, then you might the message saying that 'This CD-KEY has already been used before'.
