Cannot get passed level 4 on the campaign, there are no further levels showing. There are obviously more levels, why cant I play them

You can repair your campaign progress like this (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/3601083258/m/4351019558) (just leave out everything after mission 5)

Did you play the campaign before the last patch (1.04)? Let me know if this problem ever happens again with the latest version.
