rabbid expos

I have tried to vote on different computers and nothing happens. Also, does anyone know who chooses the rabbids that end up on the Wii, because some of the ones submitted online that get voted on are nothing but a white rabbid in a pose. They don't end up on the Wii even if they do get votes. So is it Ubisoft that chooses the ones who get chosen for the Wii 50? I certainly hope so. If anyone knows or has an idea where to find this info, I would appreciate it, I am really curious!! Thanks again.
