multiply not working?!?!?!

I have the same issue.
I have been working with Ubi soft but they have been no help what so ever.

My current situation.

Vista Ultimate (64bit)
ati radeon hd 3450
Phenom II 4X64 (quad core)
8 GB DDR2 800(PC6400)
4X500GB SATAII HDD
6M down/1.5M up

No fire wall
No AV(Anti-Virus)
No Router (direct connect to Embarq 660 DSL Modem)
No ISP infringements (no ports or domains blocked whatsoever for my business internet account)
Can connect to VPN, Skype, Madden EASO, All Valve games( mainly TF2, Team Fortress 2), Second Life, WoW, GCCG....Could connect with FarCry2 before June2009 Patch.

Can see all servers with people logged onto those servers, but all ping is 9999

Can No longer connect to any Multi-player Games with FarCry2

This will be the last Ubi Soft game I ever buy. I might change my mind if this is fixed, but I don't see that happening.

Edit: Ping is in the 20s for my other online games.
