View Full Version : Patience Gone!!! I want my money back.

What you have released is nothing but frustration. I spent about 5 hours downloading/installing/patching the whatever this is, couldn't find the registration, when I did it copy/pasted it, manually entered it and it didn't work, did it so many times I got a temporary ban. Finally realized that the one I was using was for free tokens or whatever and not the one that needed to go in the game prompt. (better clarification would have been nice) When I finally enter it properly with the ban being over (another hour) I get a message that the servers are down. I go to bed. I wake up this morning and try it again and it all runs up to the point where the game black screen flashes the monitor a few times then the game goes to not responding and the screen is transparent. I try to restart the game a few times and nothing. I then uninstall the game to try it with a fresh install (using the UBI game uninstaller) goes fine. I go to re-install the game and now I get a message stating that the latest version of the game is already installed. I have had it hour spent/wasted trying to enjoy my free time and it has been nothing but a headache of frustration. I want my money back, you have no followed through with the terms of your licensed agreement therefore making the payment obligation void. You have my user name, track it to the account and credit card and refund my purchase.
