I thought I saw a video on Gamespot.com that showed crewmen or special forces chilling out on the topside deck while the submarine was leaving port. Does anyone know how this feature works?

Well, the one way to get the crew upstairs is to place them on battle stations. But I don't think it's for relaxing. :P

Haven't checked any other way tbh.
