Hi all,

Well, really my girlfriend has won it, she entered the compition at the Blackpool show. We enter the comps everytime but never get anywhere, so this is a nice surprise!

I think we have also won a signed PF poster signed by Oleg plus a Thrustmaster joystick.

So all you 5700 owners, I would like to know are what's the best driver for it and how much of an improvment will I see going to 5700 from a 4600?

Regards Kfurni

Thanks lads, no its not a Cougar I think its a Thrustmaster Afterburner 2, Force feedback (I think).

I allready have a Cougar so this will be a spare, just incase the Cougar goes down!

I'm pleased with the 5700 Ultra I believe it a Asylum 5700 Ultra with luck I will have better FPS!

You'll see some as long as your CPU is not the bottleneck, especially since it's an "ultra". Even if it's not too much, 5 fps can be the difference between nice, smooth gameplay and the occassional stutter.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks Thunderbolt56,

Will let you know of any improvement, 5fps is better than none. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I will be running it with a AMD1800+ Abit KR7A MB and 2gig ram and 40 gig partitioned drive. Slow systen now I know but lets hope there will not be much of a bottle neck.

I'm going to wait untill BoB is released before an upgrade, hopefully this will be fine for know.
