broken shields stuck in inventory

does anyone else have this issue?

every shield i've used that's been broken gets stuck in my inventory and i can't get rid of them....any ideas?

(i've got both patch versions)

I don't think this problem was ever fixed.
Only the problem with indestructable shields was fixeed.
