My CM9000 simply won't run!!! I installed it correctly (Win XP, AMD1700+,1GB RAM), but right after the splash screen appears, the game crashes and Windows submits the apologizing dialog and quits the program... Anyone knows what is it about?

Of course. Many times. It didn't work either. It really makes me crazy. I want to play chess, I bought the game and I'm unable to run it properly... And what's even more frustrating, there's nothing relevant in the bug lists or patch updates. Maybe it's a new bug, but I'm really not proud to be the one who discovered it... :-(

Hi I have solution for you, as I read in one review of chessmaster 9000 this is well-know problem (but I dont see it in FAQ), you have to change your language settings (small hemisphere in settings) to english - I try English US and everything works fine :-).
This really strange and I dont know why it isnt in FAQ, but it works.
