I entered my cd key,but i can't log in to play online(ubi.com).Is my username and password same with the one to log in this site?

Well according to the game manual, yes they are the same. Otherwise you should be able to make one from inside the game...

I also thought that.But when i enter my name and password,it says 'logging in' then returns to menu again(hot-seat,local network,ubi.com).Nothing happens.What is wrong?Can someone who knows help please,because i really want to play this game online.

But i haven't installed any patch.It is 1.0.Do i have to install 1.5 to play online?If i have to so,must i install all the patches unti 1.5?

Yeah, having the game patched is a requirement i'm afraid, and yes you will have to get all the patches.

Do i have to install Hammer Of Fate too?I also have that but if it is possible,i want to play Heroes V,then i will install Hammer Of Fate.

Only if you want to play against others who have hammers of fate do you need to install it, otherwise you just need to patch it.

But when i try to install patch v1.01 after downloading it,it says 'Heroes of Might And Magic is not installed'.Although i downloaded patch from ubi.com site.What is wrong?

Well you need the correct patch, there are several patches, so you might have gotten the wrong one.

You still need the 1.5 patch.

ty.i can play multyplayer now,but how can i get version2.1 because almost every game is version 2.1 few games are version 1.50
