Alien Slayer - Thanks for your response. Funny though, it does not seem to work for me within the game. I opened to console (F2) and have typed framerate, with no effect. I am feeling a little stupid here..... http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

It's not framerate. You're supposed to type in 'stat fps'.

vpc410 - Thanks - That did it! I appreciate your help. Is there somewhere to look at all the various "console commands", if that is what they are called? I am not so much interested it the cheats, just the various options available.
