Greaves suddenly dies when interacting

So, I got to the first mission in the second area (south something) where you have to meet Greaves in his building. I walk in, interact with him and he gets halfway through his first sentance and he just randomly screams and dies.

Its as he says "The big boss.." and he would say the guys name but he dies and the subtitles continue.

So, anyone else experienced anything like this?

Same thing happens with me and the Priest when I try to get a mission from him :\

F*cking thing sucks
