12/1 game release + impatient gamers = movie ruined?

As I understand it, the different platform versions of the game will have different storylines, all taking place before the movie timeline:

360/PS3 - Abel storyline
Wii/DS - Storyline feat. young Na'Vi warrior (?)
iPhone (Gameloft) - Yet another storyline

All but the iPhone version come out on 12/1...so my question is: Will playing any of the Avatar games before seeing the movie diminish or ruin any of the movie for impatient gamers? Or can gamers safely enjoy all the various storylines on 12/1, and by 12/18 go into the movie with an additional knowledge that will make the movie even more enjoyable?

I can't wait to play the games, but if its going to spoil anything in the movie for me, I may just sit on it until I see it opening weekend.

the game takes place 2 years before the movie so the answer is NO it will not ruin your movie experience. ^^

Conquest is looking to be very fun. been wanting a good game like this to have something like that in it. cant wait to go pick my copy up at the store tomorrow.
