H6 release v1.1 : key not recognized after re-installation

Changed Windows, and now does not recognize my cd Key.

Hello, i had Windows XP recently, and i swaped to Windows 7. i had heroes VI instaled on Windows XP and now when i`ve reinstaled heroes VI game, it says that my cd key is used, but i`ve login, i`m using same username and password. What is wrong ?

Taking into account that I am not a Ubisoft tech-support employee (so I might be partially wrong), the way I read your post is as if you tried to activate your new installation. You did not have to do that. The game activation is supposed to be a one-time action : it grants to your Uplay account the right to play the game. The activation is not directly tied to the installation : it is associated to your Uplay account. Consequently, you may & can install H6 on as many computers than you want, as many times as you want, but you do not have to re-activate it again. Of course, if you try to do that, you will get a message telling you that the key is already used : you are the one who already used it when you first activated. Now, all you have to do is this : launch the game, log-in to your Uplay account, and press Play. Do not attempt to re-enter the key : you don't have to.

Hello , again , u didn`t understand me, i know i`ve used the ACTIVATION KEY once , on this account , but why is asking me again for it, if is the way you say ??? All right lets say i made another user and i forgot it (which i havn`t done, it is abbsurd) ,i got that activation key , can u tell me on which user i used it? Which is that user? Can i send u a private message with the activation key? i`ve got the final bill as i purchesed and i can send u a copy of that. But anyway i`ve used it on this account because another user i didn`t made , so i`m sure it has to do something with a bug. Please answer as soon as possible. Thank You.

And to Sorceresss: I don not think you understand the issue, it is not that we want to reactive the game. We can not even log into to our Uplay account which we actvied with the Cd-Key we bought at the first place.

same problem here. waiting for their lazy bastards from tech support for several days now.

Same problem ... When ever i run HOMM6 from steam, it wants to tie a cd-key to it (which i've already done..)
