FINALLY! We can release the first version of the mod.

Without further delay, get it at this site! And as always let me know what you think. Now remember. Because the SDK was JUST relesed we dont have everything on this first one. Ill keep ya posted though. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/35.gif

This is an mp mod. you can activate it in sp too, but it's hardly of any use.
The file opens up several options you can activate at the same time in the online server you host. To do so, click on the "mutators" button at the bottom left of the server options screen. You get this screen right before you actually start the server (where you can select the number of players, the map, a pasword..).

Simply click the one you want to activate and click "add". Do so for every mutator you want to activate. With this system, we wanted to allow the player to test several settings ingame. We believe that a 1 shot kill k98 will compensate the 2 shot semi auto M1 garand. If you think that's not the case, just host a room and test with the combination you want to try out.

the available options:

tlbweapontweaks (doesn't work right now)
M1 semi auto
M1 semi auto with 2 shot kill
K98 1 shot kill
Handgun 5 shot kill (fairly reduced compared to vanilla bia)

for fun mutators:

K98 arena
M1 arena
Bazooka arena

these are meant for you to play with a friend, just for fun. give everyone the same weapon and blast away! (especially a team carrying only bazookas proves to be interesting http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_razz.gif )

When a player that doesn't have the files tries to join your TLB server, you will upload the files to his computer. That way he can play with the settings you activated.

V0.15 will feature additional options, like : no SAV (Situational Awareness View), no jumping, smoke grenades..

UPDATE! Whats in store in the near future.

I just talked to our clan member and found out the most AWESOME news. First off we are almost done with TDM with both 16 and 32 player capabilities. This also means you can end AI as you know it if you wanted to.

Also, keep in mind we still have a 1928A1 thompson, flamethrowe, and mortar teams to be release.

Along with that you will find new Maps popping up taking place from Operation Dragoon, Market Garden, and the jump into Holland.

Stay tuned for more information as we get things completed.

Can I ask how you got the mutator to appear in the menu? I have one that I want to appear but it won't.

Thats not my side of the MOD...but if you want...post it on our forums and Im sure that they would be more than happy to help you out.

whats this mod like guys? and on the site it says its for bf42..i thought it was for bia, or am i an idiot?

They started out thinking about making a mod for BiA, but it takes a lot of people with multiple talents and skill sets to create a actually game, atmosphere, look and mechanics.

In the end the task was just too much. So they took their ideas and work into a different game platform.
