Game stops

i start the game new game-> hard then the cutscene starts when we i see the girl and one of the brothers from behind the game just stops then i wait a while and the game shuts down by himself no messages(not of any kind like errors or something like that) i've tried to skip but is the same

Diogo, What OS are you using? Try these steps listed here.

1. Open the Control panel
2. Choose Sound
3. Select your audio device
4. Choose properties
5. Switch to the advanced tab
6. Change the default format to DVD quality
