O.k i haven't bought the maps yet and Im not sure if i will. Maybe if everyone writes a review and basically the setting etc. on each map just to give me an idea on how good these new maps are.

The new maps are great ... Thanks UBI ... All we need is a Throwback Map Pack like the one in GRAW 2 and this game would be fantastic not that it isnt already but give us 5 classic maps like Airport1,Garage,Warehouse,Carnaval,and Old City ... Again thanks ...

The only one I didn't get to play last night as Presidio so I can't comment on that one yet, so here's my opinion on the others:

Red Lotus: Great map for CQB , spawns are quite close but with 3 floors and lots of rooms theres tons of opportunity for good skirmishes. Beautiful looking map too. Ideal for Retrieval, Conquest, TS, TSS, Assasination

Neon Graveyard: Quite a big map, with a large central building that offers some good sniping spots. Unfortunately, some of these great sniping spots are over the spawns so serious spawn containment could be an issue? Me and the guys I were playing with found it too easy to end up in the other teams spawn area by accident but I guess that may change after you have some more time with the map. Ideal map for Conquest, Assasination, TS, and TSS

Wartown: Medium/Large map, central church building to move through between two spawn locations. Each spawn has a .50 Cal turret to defend against spawn campers/containers. Lots of street furniture for cover, bit of something for everyone. Ideal for TS, TSS, Retrieval

Streets Redux: New night-time lighting adds a great dimension to this otherwise relatively unchanged map. Some extra cover points in the spawns for sniping building to building but otherwise very little change. Ideal for Sharpshooter, Survival, TSS, TS, Conquest Retrieval

Overall, to me, the pack was definately worth it. These are enjoyable maps. particularly Red Lotus and Wartown. I personally enjoyed Streets before anyway and the Redux lighting changes have made it much better, however if you don't paticularly like Streets already then I'm not sure that the Redux will change your mind. Hey eeryone. Normally I dont post but rather read everyone's discussion ut for this one topic I shall emerge.

I REALLY enjoyed the new black pack save for one HUGE mistake.

The extremely ridiculous oversight by ubi at creating the spawn points in PRESIDIO! Im sure alot of the people on this forum remember back in rainbow six 3, the way the map perfectly played out when the 2 teams started outside at opposite ends, having to team up to take each path: Upstairs, each alley and the 2 inner areas.

The whole reason PRESIDIO was wanted back was because of the way we remembered it playing so well. Why do you think STREETS is so well recieved? Because it is primarily the exact same map and the additions only help it out. You didnt shift one of the team spawns into the dead center of the map with an instant advantage over the center center room! I am asking for the public to back me up on this. THe map pack is already off the market for whatever fixes...lets have em fix the ******ed spawns in PRESIDIO too while its off so they dont get an uprising from the classic fans of the old xbox days.

Seriously...I was looking forward to PRESIDIO the most but it is now my least favorite of the new maps. Other than this problem (and the obviosu wartown issue) I really like these maps. Just dont CHANGE what isnt broken..presidio was only wanted because it WAS perfect!

These maps are great but who decided the spawn points on these maps?

Wow!

Are you guys so proud of this repelling feature that you need to make spawns right on top of each other. That's what ruined Rooftops. You don't use have of the map when you do this.

Red Lotus is a BEAUTIFUL MAP and probably one of the biggest. Why are the spawn points 100 feet away from each other?

That works well for TSS and TS!

And like this guy talks about Presidio? Trash IMO. Now I never played R6:BA but from what I heard the first time I played, you guys trashed the map.

Why does Alpha team get 3 spawn points in Neon Graveyard and Bravo only gets one?

I just don't understand.

Streets is by far the best one out of the new ones. Warzone is a close second.

the map pack was better than the red map pack but the glitches on the new map are insense. Wartown is ridicous. They should change the name to glitchtown but it is a sweet map. Red lotus is an awesome map but it is too big with too many rooms for survival matches. The graveyard seems nice and confined, looks like a nice map. Presido was cool but I never played it before so I can not compare it to the other one, but it is a small map and people should change from casino vault to presido.

I thought streets was the worst out of the new map pack. All they did was make it night time, so it is harder to see people. That's cool if you like that but they didn't move the desk in the top spawn and the bravo corner box glitch is still there. Streets redux= changing streets to night time. They could at least of fixed the glitches!
So hopefully that is why they took it off but I won't hold my breath. And since Ubi Soft has a failure to communicate, the world may never know.

I'm morbidly curious to try Presidio now, the guys I was playing with last night had just played it when I joined the room and I had to leave before it came back round on the map rotation. Also want to try a retrieval in Wartown, guessing the canister spawns in the church?

Wartown and Red Lotus are good maps, streets is basically the same except for the lighting which I happen to like, far better than border town redux. Outstrips the red pack by quite a ways, Don't usually have cause to say this but well done Ubi... Some of my fellow black arrow players are right though, you should bring back a big bunch of the old maps, they would go down a storm, less work for you guys too as all the planning is done for you, cos those maps were nigh on perfect.

Streets Redux - My favorite. Just enough changes to make it a great map. I really like the night time feel.

Presido - Close Second. I don't know - I like the spawns close together, keeps the action going. This is very small map - like playing streets in just one building.

Red Lotus - Fun map for the little I played. Did not play alot, but again I kind of like the spawns close together.

Wartown - Big map, we had trouble finding each other in Team Survial. The last guys were like wondering around trying to find each other. I think this map would be fun in Team Sharpshooter.

Neon Graveyard - Only played once, not much say about this one. This would be a neat night map with all the signs lit up!

Yeah the first time I played Presido last night I walked into the center room and I saw a guy already coming down the repel. Like 3 of my teammates just walked by (probly had no idea also...) and I stared in disbelief because it was about 10 seconds into the match and there was already a guy right there. The messed this map up and now i'm sad...
