Wierd problem with my game

My game starts of all normal in the boat to the island but as soon as i run up the stairs on the island i fall through the floor, out of the level and die. So far i havent even made it to the top without this happening. Has anyone else experienced this problem and has anyone found any solutions. Thanks

yeh this is the pc version

yeah i thought so theres so many problems with the PC version at the moment if u have a console whould have been better to get it on that but there should be a pacth comming out for that soon though.
