View Full Version : Cannot see game servers after login...

My wireless is giving me fits! I've got a LinkSys WRT54G router (802.11g). I am forwarding the appropriate ports as per the tech forum on the router. When I'm in the FarCry multiplayer menu, I can login to ubi.com successfully, but then no game servers show up. But sometimes, game servers DO show up buy my ping is way high and the number of game servers is very limited. I'm beggin' for help here... Absoluetly everything else on my PC related to internet connectivity works fantastic. (i.e. FireFox, MSN Zone, MSN messenger, e-mail, etc.) I appreciate any help someone can give.

Is 1.3 and 1.31 patch's installed?

Are you able to hook up directly to see if the problem is with the router?

Yes, if I hook up directly, FarCry works very well. I've been looking at all KINDS of tweaks, changes, etc. for my router, but nothing seems to let me join a game. I know I have the correct ports forwarded, so I'm stumped. Maybe someone out there has a successful Linksys setup for FarCry. Anyone? :-) Thanks for replying to my message, marts123.
