65% complete and stuck!!

have 65% complete on pc version, am playing as kong and fighting t-rex but when i kill him the birds always take Ann and kill her before i have a chance to rescue her.any ideas on how i get past this level?

Post stuff like this on a HELP DISCUSSION don't start a new thread on something as closed as this that will only get sveral replies and then lay unused because the problem has been long solved. Re post this message on a wide HELP DISCUSSION (I reccommend the ULTIMATE HELP DISCUSSION) to get some real good answers and to save the KING KONG GAME forum from getting realy cluttered. Thanks

ok. just to confirm. it's a v-rex. not t-rex!
