"Failed to connect to the game server"

I have owned this game for about a week now, and have tried to log on multiple times during each day, and it always tells me that it's unable to connect to the game server. My other games go online just fine, and I have a wireless router, which the back of the box says you need to connect. I would guess that Ubi just said "screw you guys" and shut the server down completely, but I've been at my fiancee's house a few times during the past week, and when we try to connect over there, it works just fine, and never seems to have a problem connecting to the game server. Is this game picky about what internet provider you have, or what? I highly doubt that it's down every time I'm going on at home, and like I said, my other games, including TMNT Smash-Up, go online just fine with no problems. I contact Ubi, and they send me over to Nintendo, who sends me back. This is ridiculous. Too bad Ubi doesn't actually check these forums, from what I've heard anyway.

I forgot to mention that the game I'm trying to go online with is "Rabbids Travel in Time". Derp.

I have this exact same problem.

I cannot connect at home with this game, but Mario Kart & COD: Black Ops I have no problems with. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_confused.gif

If your having connection problems please make sure that you contact Ubisoft Support and make them aware of the issue.

Since you can connect at one house - that does point to an issue with your other router /setup.

Maybe you need to enable UpNP on the router where is does not work.

The servers are presently up - so that is not the issue [which is backed up by the fact you can connect from a different connection /house]

I just bought the game raving rabbits time I am haveing trouble with it also. Can you let me know how you fixed the problem.I have try tex and my server also both said not me.

I have the game now and just tested the online features; good news is that they're still up, bad news is that any other players I did see were about as active as bricks. :/

Best way to tell if it's online or not is if an icon of a Rabbid with an antenna on its head shows up at the top left corner of screen, if it's got a red anti line over it then it's not connected.

If not check your wireless connection is working, and try setting the connection type to WEP and enter the necessary info for it [SSID, SEK etc].
