I just started playing it on PC and all I have to say is this: EPIC!

Not as in the maker, but as in the nature of the game.

I love it. I'm on the 4th part of Act 1 at the moment, and it is pretty hard just on Casual.

I wish there were more people playing the MP on PC, though.

I'm gonna go out and hunt for the soundtrack tomorrow because it's amazing!

Hard? I thought the game was too easy even on "Insane". I would get killed a couple times but was nothing to get me frustrated. I liked the SP too, but never got into the MP...I was too busy playing Vegas at the time.

MP was amazing, I had a blast with this game. Loved every moment of it.

a "wtf" ending but otherwise its an amazing game! have fun!

An amazing thing is that Gears was completely designed to be played with a controller on a consol system but it was converted over to PC extremely well. Too bad someone else couldn't manage that, hint hint.

There are a couple features i am upset about on the PC version though. Just things i was used to having on all PC games up to now.

No real saves other than the checkpoints. You can't just change your video setting in the middle of the game.

Oh, and can you play coop or versus over LAN without logging into live? From what i understand, you have to log into live just to play a LAN game so it can track your stats or something.

The PC version is harder. Probably because it's way easier to get a headshot with a mouse than it is a controller.
