Okay, this might end up being a stupid question and the answer might be under my nose, but I purchased the game last week (I'm in AUS) and have just finished it (loved it to pieces... literally couldn't stop playing it). I'm trying to sign up to play the live prologue, but it asks for a cd key, now try as i might i can't find one on the packaging (the site says it's inside the cd case, but i can't see one there). The game came in a box, has the full colour manual, and the cd came in a dvdcase style case (which the manual was in). I've checked every page in the manual, removed all the packaging i can, looked all over the cd etc etc. The manual says that the cdkey is located on the back of the manual cover, but i can't find it there. Has anyone else in AUS had this problem, am i just being blind or do i need to contact Ubisoft support and complain?

How frustrating.

Makes you wonder a bit about UbiSoft's organisational and distributing abilities, doesn't it http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Thats what I'd say too if i was them http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

i bet they sent the labels to the distribution house, and then the distribution house forgot.

Hi I'm an Aussie too - with the same problem - and guess what, it's now the beginning of January and the mess-up STILL hasn't been fixed, plus there is no email address for the Australian company anywhere on this site or on their own page (except here), plus the recorded answering service makes no mention of CD Key problems in Australia. It's just taken me a week to sort this out myself and I didn't realise that they have known about this for two months!
That's BAD service.

Their fax line is 02 9319 0744, phone is 1902-262-102 but this is a CHARGED SERVICE and I think that stinks for a stuff-up that they have made.

The address is P.O. Box 1749, Strawberry Hills on the site so I guess that translates to Level 3/ 111 -117 Devonshire St Surry Hills 2010 (the phone number in the White Pages is not connected)

Perhaps some frustrated would-be registrands in Sydney could march up to their office and ask for some answers? At least a non-charged call line to get your CD Key on!!

Anyway, email them for your CD Key, you'll just get mad (like I did) when you hang on to the end of recorded announcements for ages then get told that all operators are busy ... and this is costing $2.85 a minute ...

im in australia and have a cd key.

i have noticed that the normal version of the game has the key on the outside box (stupid, i know).

if you purchased the collectors edition, you may find it on the back page of the manual (at least thats where i found mine).

if you still cant find a key then go back to the store you bought it from. show your receipt and ask for a key.

else contact ubi/cyan as others have stated.
