Internal error message help plz

hi guys,

can anyone help me plz i can`t play multiplayer online at all. i keep getting the message internal error and then it goes back to single player.

can anyone please tell me how to open my ports on my BT Home Hub 2 as i don`t know how.
i know the ports are 1000 but the layout of the hub settings are different. they look like this . .

Protocol Port Range Translate To Trigger Protocol Trigger Port
2 blank spaces here 2 Blank spaces here blank space here

can anyone tell me what goes where please?
