How did Viewpoint Media Player end up on my system?

I found it in program files, and I noticed that it is not listed in the Add and Remove. I know that I never downloaded it lol.

I found it on my machine, too.

I attribute it to something my son was doing.

In my case, I did find it in the list of "add/remove" software, and with a mouse click or two and it was gone.

Yeah, it's a pr0n movie player. lol They usually download/install in those web-based videos you might see.

You can, and should, remove it. It does collect user information, though not a major privacy risk.

I thought Hunter was talking about porn lol. I have never actually been to a porn sight-honest. I have clicked on a few links,but they were about WW2 stuff. After spending about 15 mintues, and it only showing 10% downloaded, I had to exit the dammed thing. lol.
