need help bad

got a major problem tried every addon i could find for screen capture and they all take a picture of my desktop. Ive tried full screen active window and what ever other source but always the same. Im running a vista system
and il sturm 1946 game can anybody help me?
also is there a program that converts the movie files from the game directly?
