Right i have been watching this forum for some time now and i am troubled to see how much nastyness there actally is on this forum.
Now i know that there are some good people on this site who want to descuss the product that they have perchased from Ubisoft.
This is the place where it should all be descussed good or bad within reason of coarse.
The problem is this forum is filled with much anger and bitterness which is very often fueled by certain moderators. I am not naming names as my project is to get to the bottom of a few questions that have been put to me and not to provoke people into hurtful and desrespectfull ramblings.
I have been cutting and pasting posts on this forum for some time now and i now have quite an archive of threads from this forum containing Rude disrespectful comments intended to belittle humiliate and hurt people who for the most of the time just want answers for questions about their purchase.
And where better to go than the Ubisoft website and join the forums.
Now i know a lot of people on here as well as on xbox live have attitude problems this is human nature and not much can be done.
I have also been archiving threads from other forums currently descussing Ubisofts Rainbow6 vegas.
I found that there was hurtfull comments on there too but only a very small amout compared to this forum and no hurtfull/disrespectfull comments from the moderators who on the whole seem to be very helpful and respectful.
So on to my project i intend to forward my findings onto Ubisoft who are awaiting my findings in the post after a very interesting phone conversation yesterday.
I am interested to find out if Ubisoft are aware how their customers and target future customers are being treated by moderators of a Ubisoft website/forum.
My phone conversation sugested that they did not.
My advice for the time would be if you have genuine quieries that desperatly need to be answered then phone 0905 482 0109 they are very helpful and you dont get told to go elsewhere or called names and they certainly are not sarcastic.
Or you can just brave your chnces and post it up anyway.
It is very sad to see as this site is just thread after thread of bickering.
and when something creative is suggested it is condemned for being against the rules that are not made clear and im sure change daily dependant on who is posting.
Im sorry if i have offended anyone on this site with this post but it is based on facts collected since January of this year.
Which also proves that the PS3 users are not being sigled out with the rather harsh disrespectful behaviour, i admit it was not this bad at the start and has got much worse but it was there from the start so i would not take it personal all you PS3ers.
