I am attempting to access sequence 13. I go to the bridge to meet Machiavelli and walk through the area to start the sequence, only it makes a sound and nothing happens. I purchased the sequence 13 + extras and am playing on the Xbox 360 if that helps any. This is really frustrating as it is the beginning of the whole DLC that I just purchased.
