Im new to this game and have a few questions. Why are there no multiplayer games listed ? How do I move torpedoes from my external reserves to my tubes ?

You will RARELY EVER find a multiplayer game listed. Very few people play multiplayer.
In order to load your external torps, surface and then click and drag them into your reserve tubes.
