Baltic Campaign

I seem to recall seeing a mod called Baltic Campaign or something like that. Anyhow I think it was a mod for the U-Boat campaigns involving the Baltic Sea. Can someone tell me if I was just dreaming or does something like this exist, and if so a link would be appreciated.
