HELP! it is saying my cd key is already in use!

i got farcry with a graphics card that i bought, and it has been working fine for several months. tonight, when i attempted to log on, it told me that my cd key was already in use. how can i resolve this issue?

I keep getting the same problem and it is really doing my head in. If I connect to a game and I get ****d out by punk buster or the game moves to a map I don't have, I can't get back in for ages.
I think the official responce so far is you need to ensure you log out correctly and try again 30 minutes later. no good to me that, i wanna be playing all the time.
What I do, which is seriously inconveinent (Nice spelling) is shut down the PC and disconnect my broadband connection for a few seconds. Then, if I am luck, I can aconnect to a decent server and continue to play but more often than not I have map problems so have to shut down the pC again!
If anyone does know hpw to get round this, please let us know.
I am also got the game with my graphic card! The game is better than the card!!!

Being a newbie to the forum, it looks like we should have had a look around. The only reason I came here was to check out the cd key issue and if you read the following post, it is a common problem which is not very good. Hope this is something they sort out with the next patch?

They have to do something this is ridiculas, I have been playing a perfectly good game and I got ****d out by punkbuster. It then took 15 to get connected to another server and I now can't firkin connect., I am well annoyed, there must be someway round this as I am sure the amount of people playing would not put up with it

One thing that will help is to download and install the maps before you try to play them. Go to any of the gazillion places that have Far Cry maps such as http://www.farcry-maps.com. I would start with the Unofficial Far Cry Custom Map Pack (http://www.farcry-maps.com/dlp/download.php?file=133). This Pack is very easy to install, so you should have no problems. If you do, let us know.
