Which version of the game do you have? Also how are you currently connected online? If you are playing the PC version and using a router, please be sure to configure ports 27632 & 32500 (TCP & UDP). Also if you have not done so, make sure you download the v1.01 patch (http://www.ubi.com/US/Downloads/DownloadFile.aspx?dfId=5640) as well. Hope this helps
