Mnemonic Sets not activating

Hey all. I've been having this issue a week and I'm thinking I'm the only one since no one else seems to be mentioning it. I've been attempting to get as many territories possible by using as many papal bulls as I can. However, for the past week, any time I click combine, the number decreases by one, but the cooldown timer never activates. It's not just papal bulls, any other mnemonic I have will not activate. I've tried using both Chromium and Firefox and I'm having the same issue. When I reload the page, the number of mnemonics I have resets, so its not like I'm losing any of them, but they just won't activate. A little frustrating to be honest.

This is actually an old problem. Reloading the page before doing anything else and then trying again, which it looks like you're doing, is the only known solution.

Edit: I just now had an AP regen set fail to reset the AP, but reloading the page and trying again worked.

I've been reloading a few times but its still not activating. Just weird as it's been fine for so long, but just the past week or two, this issues been cropping up. Thanks for your help though. Much appreciated.

Just an addition. I'm finding that the majority of the time, the mnemonic won't activate. The few times it does, it appears to me that the application isn't loading probably. There's a small portion of the application that doesn't appear at the bottom. Now only when this happens does the mnemonic activate. Really kind of weird and frustrating still because most of the time, this doesn't happen and so I'm unable to activate any mnemonics. I'm guessing I'm the only one with this issue too, lol.

Im having this issue with all my sets no matter how many times I reload the page, and half the time the game won't load. It's a real issue because I am trying to combine the one for the capes. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
