Problem with Recruits Training in PL

Hello,
i have linked my uplay acc to the PL. I get the capes that can be unlocked in Brotherhood.
But as i go to the training menu in PL i see that i have 75 XP to share with the assassin recruits but i cant see any recruits to give the xp points.
My assassin recruits in Brotherhod ar between level 4 and 5

Can someone help me with that

try logging out and back in to AC:PL and do the same with brotherhood, that fixed it for me (sometimes)
