Complaint Description:
I bought Rainbow Six Vegas 2 for 60 bucks at gamestop, mainly for the online play. The game is completely unplayable online, and its obviousaly unfinished. They wanted to get the game out ASAP, and rushed the testing, and never tested all of the features. There are countless glitches in this game, and Ubisoft has yet to reply and anyone, and even on their own forums about the issues, they just went on holiday break. This is not the first game they have done this to, on previous games the same problems occur, and they never listen to the consumers, who PAY for their non working products. And since its against Gamestops open game policy, you are unable to get a refund. PLEASE do something for me, and everyone who bought this game! THanks!
