Complaint Description:
I bought Rainbow Six Vegas 2 for 60 bucks at gamestop, mainly for the online play. The game is completely unplayable online, and its obviousaly unfinished. They wanted to get the game out ASAP, and rushed the testing, and never tested all of the features. There are countless glitches in this game, and Ubisoft has yet to reply and anyone, and even on their own forums about the issues, they just went on holiday break. This is not the first game they have done this to, on previous games the same problems occur, and they never listen to the consumers, who PAY for their non working products. And since its against Gamestops open game policy, you are unable to get a refund. PLEASE do something for me, and everyone who bought this game! THanks!

Your Desired Resolution:
My $60 dollars back or a working game.

This case will be reviewed by a complaint specialist at the Better Business Bureau, and then forwarded to the business for their response. It is our policy to allow the business 10 working days to respond to your complaint. You will be notified when the business has responded.

Do you realize I am an unsatisfied customer, and as a unsatisfied customer I am entitled to send in any complaint I want to.

true, but the game's been out for less than a week. Its a complicated piece of software and will have bugs.

I will give you credit this is the smart thing to do if you are really that unsatisfied, vs that ******ed "Nation Wide Return" ****

He has the right as an American to do as he pleases. If he feel lied to about a product he has the right to take the matter to court. Honestly he has a good chance if he can prove that UBI knowingly shipped a buggy product and made statements found to be UN-true. He could easily win the case. The court will decided to throw out the case, or it may be allowed to go to trial.

"Lmao" Well are you on PS3? The XB360 version is more stable than PS3 by far, and even so, the fact is that I am not satisfied, therefore, I should get my refund, but since Gamestop doesn't allow that, Ubisoft needs to take action.

Yeah I know, my shift key tends to stick sometimes, and when I'm writing something, I don't stop, or else I'd lose my train of thought. I thought I had fixed most errors but I see now I didn't :/
