Difficulty connecting to games...

I play at 3 online clubs, but cmx is the only one where i have this problem, one day i can observe a player next day all i get is cant connect to this game, same thing with challenges, somedays it just wont let me play, i try the obvious, shutting down and restarting, no good, uninstalling reinsalling, no good, clearing cookies, no good, i speak to others who also experience this problem, but i'm sure not to the extent i do, any help much appreciated.

Replying to my own message, now there's the first sign of madness, but hopefully it may help someone else, i may have solved this problem, i had only installed patch 1.03, and believed this was a replacement for patch 1.02, i have now installed both, and so far have had no problem connecting either as an observer or a player, but still testing this out, any comments about me being dumb are wasted, i already know that.

No i was competely wrong, the problem/solution has nothing to do with patch 1.02, in fact if you have patch 1.03 you don't need the former, the problem, which was solved by a pc tech for me, was router settings, open ports, hope this helps.
