Hey CuZtds_Lst_Stnd,

I would just like to say thank you for offering help to the Far Cry 2 Community. I know you have a lot upset people you are attempting to deal with and are handling it well.

I work for a software company who understand support and service is what will make the company successful or a failure. I just hope you have some pull or are looked at in high regards from Ubi so you can voice the majority of our concerns and troubles with the Dev team in hopes of a (hopefully soon! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif) fix.

So, on behalf of those who haven't yet. Thanks a lot for helping us out.

@quantumkaos: Your kind words are much appreciated, but like all the moderators I do not actually work for Ubisoft.

All of us are unpaid volunteers who try to help folks get the best they can from a franchise that we love.

In 6 months time, we will have all the answers at our finger tips, sadly at launch time we are feeling our way in the dark as much as the people posting here for help.

I have to emphasise though, its essential that you raise problem reports at www.support.ubi.com (http://www.support.ubi.com) and if you dont get a response in a reasonable time frame, please let me know and I will pass the details on to the Community Managers.
