Game Lock up after unlocking last international player for trophy

Hey i have been going for the last international player trophy thats called league of their own, im had a checklist and the last player i needed was carlos marchena, i unlocked him and then i got told on a forum that you needed to play 1 more game for the trophy to unlock, but when i finish said game it freezes after the match and locks the sytem up so i have to hard reset, i have tried deleting the game data and still nothing started a new campaign the freezing still continues, there is a flaw with this trophy and was wondering if anyone is experiencing the same and when will this get sorted out, cheers Krimsen

Sorry you had the problem - can I ask that you also report it to Ubisoft Support?

There are contact details in the manual, or, you can use the weblink in my signature - that will allow support to see if there is an ongoing trend etc.

bonjour je tien a signaler que je rencontre le meme probleme que krimsem a chaque fois que mon jeu veux sauvegarder a la fin d'un match le jeu se bloque et donc je suis vraiment decu d'avoir passer tout ce temp pour rien . ca serai possible que vous reglez le probleme avec une mise a jour merci.

I am having exactly the same problem as the original poster. My game locks up after every campaign game but playing an exhibition match or online is fine
