And judging by thier incremental numeral system it will be labelled 1.03...Not 1.2. We went from 1.01 to 1.02. Logic would suggest what?

If it's done perhaps? I may be wrong, but I don't recall seeing another patch promised or even spoke about by UbiSoft for Double Agent. Now granted, most developers don't talk about patches until they're right on the brink of release (as was the case with 1.02). However, it's important to keep in mind that there are no guarantees when it comes to developer fixes.
In my opinion, Double Agent for PC is the kind of game that UbiSoft may just want to take a loss for and walk away from. This may be particularly so given the backlash from the community and the game (possibly) not doing well from a sales standpoint. While sales of the Xbox 360 version seem to be very strong (NPD has it at #2 overall and #1 for Xbox 360 during the month of November), I don't think the PC version has even broken the top 20 in it's segment, let alone taking other gaming platforms into consideration. This is certainly a suprise, considering the game is the latest release in a strong, well-established franchise. Perhaps bad "word of mouth" or the heavy minimum system requirements are scaring customers away.

I can't get past the point where Sam has rappeled down the wall and is supposed to go left and then go down the pipes. Every time Sam turns left from the corner he lets go and drops down. Is there something I should other than pressing A-key or is this a bug. I have updated the game to 1.02
