Zoom feature?

When I press my mouse button down and move my mouse to alter my camera view, is there any way to keep it like this and not have it change when I zoom in or out?
Also, anyone have any tips when playing against Regular Hard AI when they are France? They seem to spam Guppys, Tanks, Infantry and Artillery all at the same time. I can beat them by scoring more points but cannot defeat them by wiping them out in a 30 minute 1vs1 in Tank Graveyard.

Well I'm not sure how this work but this is what I would do. (USSR)
Blitz (too make bulding trucks move faster)
2x deports
1 airfield (get yak3 upgrade and a few yak3 too kill guppys also too strafe enemy infantry towed artillary)
1 barracks (get 2 recon and get a few infantry in good ambush areas.
Get Armour base and get 1 or 2 Kv1, and some T26 too get infantry and move around killing deports if you can. (Or get Sturmoviks)
Make sure your killing those guppys so they dont attack your tanks, and if enemy has canon GPF good, a nice 50 points for killing it.
Unless the french have a ARL 44 your kv1 will do fine. (if you have money too spend you could maybe get paratroopers and drop into towns but getting some conscripts is better)
