Ok because they are not listed in the download content, or on the unlock page. but I didn't notice them...have they always been there and I'm an idiot.
I was playing recon on elite and beat missions 1,2,5, and noticed they were there. If they were unlocked how many more are there. and what do i have to do.

D01 Beach (night), D03 Train Depot and D06 Ghost Town are automatically available. However, you can only play them on quick mission in Firefight, Defend and Recon modes and Multiplayer. They cannot be played in Mission mode - as far I have ever heard.
D02 Refinery is available for download. This map can be played in Mission mode as well as Firefight, Defend and Recon as well as Multiplayer.
The remaining maps from the original Desert Siege can apparently be found on the Rainbow Six demo disk that comes with a preorder of that game. Presumably, they will be available for download on Xbox live at some point.
