of course, its pretty cool you get to play as a spy or some footsoldier dude. can be boring at times though

You mean mercenary. If you ask me it doesn't get boring I think I've been playing about 2 or 3 years now.

it never gets boring, when i started playing i played for about 1-2 years, but stopped when the players i played with started to jump off the community.

If you mean that some players behave like jerks well yeah for some reason the story mode tends to have many of those.
