It says it on the back box cover, but there are only 8 ot 9 levels.
Also, does not killing the israeli woman changes the game at all?

no, there is 8 or 9 MISSIONS. the levels are when the game does an AUTOSAVE, when it loads in the middle of a mission and at the begining of a mission.

Its basically to make it look like the game is bigger than it is. They know most people think of levels as 'completly different maps' but they do it anyways. Marketing bs thats all. Just like how the Raven Shield box shows the tangos using a hostage as a shield (somewhat)

Yeah killing Dahlia Tahl changes the game (in fact the end of the mission: it will become easier if you kill her)

how did this ocnversation erupt? there's another post about it anyway. "who followed orders in jerusalem"

but personally i prefer killing her. i'd rather play the game sam fisher style and sneak past a load of cops rather than let it turn into bond with a sniper rifle.

Johnx117 asked the question.

Indeed, killing Dahlia results in having to sneak past cops at the end of the mission. By not killing her, Sam has to deal with snipers.

As far as the amount of levels is concerned: 8 single player + 8 multiplayer equals 17, so the cover's correct.

7 of the 8 missions have 2 places where it loads up part of the mission (the beginning and in the middle). Kundang is the only mission of the 8 that has 3 load points. 7 missions x 2 levels = 14 + 3 levels in Kundang = 17 levels mentioned on the back of the box.

Kundang and Jerusalem have 3 load points. The train level only has one.

Aye that's right .. Jerusalem loads at the start, before meeting Dahlia, and before the warehouse. I forget how short the train mission is lol.

alright, lemme ask you guys this. theres been alot of debate about wether PT is the sequel to the original Splinter Cell. many think it is, and many think its only a expansion pack.

im not too sure myself, but have heard from several people that Ubi is hard at work on SC2 (not PT).

kind of makes sense when u think about it. the game only comes w/ 8...maybe 8 single-player missions, and other tha that, the other half of the game is the MP (which will be expanded).

whats everybosy else think?
