Ok mate, ive never heard of your card, but I do know that it needs to be DX9 compatible in order to run the graphics in the sim properly, there are some things that DX8 cards dont like in LOMAC.
Which brings me to the other point, OpenGL is a no-go, LOMAC is Direct 3D only http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
I hope this is of some use to you http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Lock On needs only a DirectX 8.1 graphics card to enable all its advanced features.
In your case, change your Lock On graphics options to:
Haze - Advanced
Lights - All
and test again.

Just to reitterate, Even if you have the greatest video card, you MUST have Haze set at Advanced, and preferably Light at All to see this feature!

When you change your Lock On graphics options to:
Haze - Advanced
Lights - All
be sure to use the OK button at the bottom to save your choices.
When testing (remember-you must be on the ground) use Alt+L to cycle the landing lights from Off to Low to High.
If it still isnt working for you tell us what version of ATI video driver you have installed. You may need a driver update too.
