Can someone, slowly and in plain english tell me if RS3 is going to have any type of multiplayer(adversarial or co-op) that you can play other then on XBOX Live or with a system link? So basicly, can you play this game multiplayer on the same Xbox?

I'm sorry if this question seems dumb, but I have yet to find a clear yes or no answer.

No, there will be absolutely no multiplayer besides for System Link and Xbox Live. It sucks.

um, try reading all info everywhere. 1 place i can tell you is the new OXM magazine. it tell ya in plain english there. there is only 1 person per xbox , to play with more people either system link, but then you need more xbox's and more tv's ore just play xbl.

Who cares? We got Co-Op and Adversarial on Xbox Live! What else do you need? LoL.

Ummm... Xbox Live would be kinda nice to have, but to have that you need DSL, and do I have that? No! So, no Xbox Live for me... *grumble*

Who knows, single player might be stellar...

Based on my impressions on the SP mission on the demo, it SP missions might be pretty linear.

We'll know for sure in a few short days.

no thats not what they meant they probably meant that if your playing on xblive theres only one person per xbox because ive heard that in an interview that you can play four player split screen and ive also seen a very short video that they showed in the interview. im not sure exactly which one it was since they have a couple video interviews now but ill try to find out.

no split screen in this game. none whatsoever. read my lips or typing - no split screen. only xbl and system link.

guys i know all of you without xbl are gonna be pi$$ed but, only 1 person can play per xbox. they took out the split screen option completely. If you ant any more info on this subject then go get the new OXM that just shipped, got mine yesterday. if you don't have a subscription, well then you'll just have to wait till 2moro to find out for yourself because the new OXM doesn't reach store shelves for 2 weeks.

Hehe, I didn't think UBI ever mentioned that this game would have split screen. Hence, it was never taken out.

considering this was the first rainbow six 3 game on the xbox, yes there was nothing to remove it from, but look at gr and gr-it, split screen was in both of them. whew, can't get anything past you.
