Memory Glitches?

I was looking at all the achievements and there is one for viewing 85% of all the memory glitches? what exactly is a memory glitch does it mean just completeing all the memories plus the additional memories up to 85% of them? Becuase I have finished the game and have 2-3 additionals(flags and templars) finished.

Also before you enter the animus (sp?) when you are picking your memory block ... the final memory (i think its 7) ... it says I have completed it but it hasnt been colored in the way the other memory blocks are colored in when they are complete. Is there something special I need to do to have that colored in or is that like that for everyone?

Last but not least I have used my eagle eye as yourself in present day for the credits on the wall in your room as well as read all 3 computers' emails. Do you escape or is there anything else to do besides go back and find all the flags?

The memory glitches are when you see the organic formulas flash on the screen. You can press any button to view the scene from a different perspective (ie, when it says "ancestor's memory recording" near your assassination target, the formulas flash and if you press a button it will show a different perspective).
