View Full Version : RB6: Lockdown same error as RB6: BA Cannot join a friends game and vice versa

Problem I am Having:

Whenever I create a server my friend cannot join it.Whenever he creates a server I cannot join it.This problem is occuring on Rainbow Six: Black Arrow AND on Rainbow Six: Lockdown.
I dont have a mic as of right now but my friend does and when I did and played black arrow we could not hear each other.I assume this is the same on Lockdown because I should be able to hear him talk to everyone else since I hear them talking to him and others.

I would really like some help with this If someone from Ubisoft or someone that has seen and fixed this problem in the past could offer some insight it would be greatly appreciated.

I was searching for a fix to this problem unsucessfully when i stumbled across a forum for black arrow where multiple people have had this problem and to see that the problem carried over to Lockdown is dissapointing.I should be able to play with or against my friends isnt that the point of having the friends list?Any solutions would be very helpful and if no one has one Ill call up Ubisoft and see if they give a ****.

Yes, I have been experiencing this since this game came out. In addition, when me and my friend play together (when neither one of us is hosting) we cannot hear/talk to each other.

I have complained about this problem on this forum since the game came out and I can tell you that Ubisoft doesn't give a ****! There was no problem like this on the original R63...why does it have to be on BA???

I truly wish I knew some suing lawyer because they deserve to be sued for negligence and ignoring their customer's problems. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

The problem is with your NAT? setting on your routers. We experienced the same thing awhile ago and we reset our nat settings and we are fine now. I'm not sure what it has to be set to though, its either 3 or 1, I will find out for you and post. That is if someone does'nt beat me too it.

Thanks for the response, glad to see someone can help.Hope its just with my router because my friend doesnt know how to change anything and rarely has access to a computer.

No problem ConnexionFaile, the setting it needs to be on is 1, you and your friend may have to get intouch with your service provider to find out how to change it though.

Friend cannot turn down NAT on router or turn it off that we have been able to find . It is a microsoft router so if you know how please inform me . I called xbox live tech support and they said to delete and re add friends this did not work , they also said to do the same thing then do account recovery . If anyone has any other ideas they would be appreciated .
